1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return or replacement if:
The product received is damaged or defective
The wrong product was delivered

The product received does not match the order description
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The product must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories must be included
The item should not show signs of physical damage caused by the customer
3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund will be credited to original payment method with in 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or banking partner.
5. Replacement Policy
In cases where replacement is available, customers may receive a replacement product instead of a refund based on stock availability. Replaced product will be delivered with in 7 days
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
7. Failed or Cancelled Transactions
If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will automatically be refunded to the original payment method within the timelines specified by the payment provider or bank.
8. Fraud Prevention
Zyrokart Enterprises reserves the right to reject return or refund requests in cases involving suspected fraud, policy abuse, excessive returns, or misuse of services.
