At Zyrokart, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it (unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging).

A full unboxing video from the start (without cuts or edits) is required to claim a return for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

Proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, or invoice) is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
⚠️ Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged, or
-
You receive the wrong product.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Personal care items (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.

Products without a valid unboxing video are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only if:

You received the wrong product, or
-
The product was damaged/defective on arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method, or to your bank account (for COD orders).

Processing time: Once the refund is approved it will be credited to original payment method in 8-15 days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
