At Zyrokart, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it (unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging).

  • A full unboxing video from the start (without cuts or edits) is required to claim a return for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, or invoice) is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
⚠️ Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.

  • Products without a valid unboxing video are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • The product was damaged/defective on arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method, or to your bank account (for COD orders).

  • Processing time: Once the refund is approved it will be credited to original payment method in 8-15 days.

  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
